Burger & Beer Pairing at BierCaB:
To go with your beer, you can get some tapas or a burger. The burgers are named after the different districts of Barcelona: Poble Nou (pork, bacon, Havarti cheese), Eixample (provolone, jamón, and a fried egg), Gracia (4 cheese), Raval (Roquefort, Gouda, caramelized onion), etc.
We recommend the Poble Nou with a light, crisp and clean beer to pair with the delicious Havarti cheese.

This Taproom proposes both their own brew as well as other beers from breweries. They have a dozen beers on tap with a great variety of products (IPA, DIPA, sour, gose and imperial stout and even a “soup” beer). It’s situated in a very cool location in Eixample (with other bars and restaurants nearby too) about a 10-minute walk from the Universitat metro station. The bar has a menu showcasing some tapas and burgers (pulled pork, Thai chicken, porchetta, etc…). This microbrewery’s equipment is located right at the back of the bar. Truly is a hidden gem.

Craft Barcelona
Carrer del Paradís, 4, 08002 Barcelona
This place is a little hard to find since it is up to a very small pedestrian street, but it’s well worth it. The area (in the heart of the Gothic quarter next to Plaça Jaume) is touristic but it doesn’t negatively influence the atmosphere of this place. At Craft Barcelona, you’ll find 16 craft ales on tap for every taste. They offer a free tasting for as many as you care to try. You can have delicious pinchos (tapas with a stick) to pick yourself from the bar for only €1.50.

A good idea if you want to try many of them at the same time.
