Star Wars Day, a.k.a May the fourth, is the day to celebrate all things Star Wars. While you’re sitting back watching your favourite episode in your dorkiest graphic tee, crack open a Star Wars beer. The name of this brew actually has nothing to do with Star Wars and OB stands for Organic Beer. Snake River Brewing is proud to be the first and only brewery to be making certified organic beer in the state of Wyoming. OB-1 is made from 100% organic malt and 100% organic hops. The only other ingredients are Teton mountain spring water and an imported strain of English ale yeast.
