9 Best Beers to Take on the Golf Course This Summer
Very few of us will ever see a golf course while on the PGA Tour, but it’s fun to dream, right? For those of you who are golfing just for the beer, this is a selection of the 9 best beers to bring with you on the fairway!

Hitting the links is a favourite summer pastime, and there’s nothing better than having a few beers while out golfing. After all, we can all agree that golf and beer make an awfully great pairing.
While we’re short on 18 holes, here are the 9 best beers to drink on this golf course this summer!
Maybe you can reserve this beer for the first hole while you’re trying to get your swing in check – fore! The high percentage of this smoky stout should help calm the nerves, too.
7% ABV • IBU 22
Let’s talk about it. Sometimes we all have a bad hole! This beer was designed to take the edge off while you’re on the fairway (or stuck in the rough).
Canyon Lakes is a golf course AND a brewery – these beers, especially the OB Brown Ale, are built for keeping you hydrated on the golf course. Let me tell you, this place is like Disneyland for adults.
5.8% ABV • IBU 27
Listen, we all take them from time to time. A mulligan is perfectly acceptable on the golf course in our books, and we think this kölsch is best suited to serving your mulligan needs.
5.25% ABV • IBU 30
It’s impossible to avoid the rough while trying to stripe a few down the fairway. This New England IPA is a hoppy and fruity beverage, and should be able to keep your spirits up when trying to get to the green!
6.8% ABV • IBU 55
Whether or not you go through with it or not, we have all thought about tossing our driver, or our irons, or our putter, after a bad shot. This Stick Toss Saison should hopefully help you hold off from doing the real thing.
6.3% ABV • IBU 25
With the Pile Driver, here at JustBeer, we are hoping to invoke some good luck with your driving game. Maybe this is the one you can finally hit straight.
9% ABV • IBU 85 • SRM 10
We have hand selected this beer as the go-to golf drink with your dad. You could even wear your socks and sandals on the course if you should be so bold.
6.7% ABV • IBU 67
And if all hope is lost, and you’re just a big ol’ sandbagger on the course, Montana Brewing Company has the blonde ale just for you. This is the beer for the -20 handicap when you just want to enjoy the scenery.
5% ABV • IBU 18
