Alberta Will Allow Craft Beer To Be Sold in Farmers’ Markets

On Aug.3, Alberta Finance Minister Joe Ceci announced that the Alberta government will allow Alberta Craft Beer to be sold in Farmers’ Markets.

This is an exciting occasion for Alberta’s craft brewers because it gives their product more exposure in the local community opening doors to a new customer base.

It will be up to each individual market to decide how many and which brewers will sell at its market, but regardless it is a great new opportunity for Alberta Craft Beer.
