Orange and Ale Vinaigrette Recipe
Beer Pairing: India Pale Ale (IPA)

Ingredients for Orange and IPA Salad Dressing:
- 3 ounces Indian Pale Ale
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

- 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
