What is a Radler?
This refreshing beer style is a beer and fruit soda mixture. It was invented by German Innkeeper Franz Kugler when “13,000 cyclists” descended upon his bar/inn on a beautiful June day. Totally unprepared for the amount of people he was running out of beer, so he decided to mix it with a lemon soda that his bar just couldn’t get rid of and voila the Radler was invented.
