Beer-Steamed Mussels with Chorizo
Yes, you can use any pilsner in this recipe—but a Mexican pilsner will take to the chorizo the best. Buy a six-pack so you have a few on hand to drink while you eat. Serve this full-flavored dish with a nice green salad to round out the meal.
Spent Grain Burger Buns
The perfect bun is the foundation for an amazing burger. Firm enough to hold everything in one place, but soft enough to give when you bite into it. Beyond the basics, what we love about this burger bun is that it’s made with spent grain, which means the ideal pairing of beer and burgers just became an even better match.
Tortilla Soup with Beer
Let your soup get a little drunk so that you may have more flavor. The hops in beer are a delicious addition to classic tortilla soup.
