It may well surprise you, but Fernie Brewing Co.’s previous packaging had been on shelves and in coolers for over four years. In this fast paced world of craft beer, where trends change, categories evolve, and beer-styles take off, it proved time for a refresh. However, choosing which direction to go was as challenging as picking your favourite Fernie brew. Luckily Fernie Brewing has got their amazing mountain-town as inspiration and their new direction reflects not only their surroundings, but the delicious beer within.
Why did Fernie Brewing Co. change the look of their beer cans?
Fernie Brewing Company wanted to come up with a design that better aligned with who they are, where they’re from and quite simply, why they brew what they brew!
“We think our new packaging really captures the spirit of our mountain culture, utilizing a bold mountain ridgeline, based off the well-known Mt. Hosmer – the dramatic backdrop to our Brewery.” – Fernie Brewing Co.
Fernie Brewing Co. launches new beers in their IPA Series:
