YYC Beer Week 2018 is Twice the Size!
The much anticipated event already has participation from 34 local craft breweries, more than 40 restaurants, and 30+ retail locations (more than twice the size of 2017). Building on last year’s success, the week will once again feature a collaboration of local restaurants, breweries and retailers; all with a strong focus on local craft beer. Each participant will provide an exclusive beer-related menu item, promotion or event throughout the week, with a dollar from every item sold going towards a charity of their choice.
Visit the official website of YYC Beer Week to see the full list of participants. Updates are made daily so check back often.
YYC Beer Week Collaboration Beer
New this year, YYC Beer Week will feature an official collaboration beer, the largest collaboration beer in Calgary’s history, featuring more than twenty local breweries. The official collaboration beer will be sold at bars, restaurants and growler bars throughout Calgary beginning Monday June 4th (while supplies last). BeerGuysYYC invites all members of the media to join them on Friday, May 11th at Trolley 5 Restaurant & Brewery for the official collaboration brew day. Please stop by anytime between 9AM and 12 NOON. For more information on the week, visit www.yycbeerweek.com and follow along on Twitter and Instagram at @beerguysyyc
The team thanks you in advance for supporting the event, designed both to promote local and raise money for more than 30 local organizations in need.
