Depending on the diet, you may want to focus on your goals. Some diets, like the Keto Diet, require a low-carb intake, which would require low carb beers. You absolutely can! The beers below are totally keto-friendly and won’t completely derail your ketosis. But like anything, you’ll want to drink in moderation to keep on the right track.

There are hundreds of thousands of beers in the world, so we couldn’t tell you which beer has the least amount of carbohydrates ever, but if you’re looking for a low-carb craft beer, Bridge Brewing Company‘s PrimeTime has a total of 1.5g net carbs, which is the lowest we’ve seen (so far!).
