SokoLocal is a search engine that allows users to browse over 1.7 million products from local businesses around the world. The app features an array of categories, including craft breweries, local wines, beers, and spirits. Once you find the beer you’re looking for, SokoLocal links you to the retailer’s or brewery’s website for you to buy directly from the source. You kill two birds with one stone — you’re supporting local businesses without the hassle of locating one of the hundreds of liquor stores in your city.
SokoLocal is completely free and doesn’t take a commission, cut of sale, or any fees. And the best part is, you can nominate your favourite breweries to be listed on SokoLocal! The only catch: they have to have an online e-commerce site in order to be eligible for SokoLocal product search listings.
