I’m one of the worst cooks in the world (my brother, the chef, got all the cooking genes). Well it’s not that I’m a bad cook, I just have no patience. I always feel like I should be doing something else, so I multi-task and end up burning things.
When a recent invite mix up found me having 15 dinner guests instead of the intended six, well obviously I panicked. I hit Just Beer to find some easy and delicious recipes. Guess what? I found them!! Crock Pot BBQ Chicken
and Beer Can Chicken.
Not only did my house smell beertastic, but I got rave reviews from all.
For a quick, easy and tasty side dish wrap a sweet potato in aluminum foil and bake it in the oven next to the chicken. When cooked through simply slice and serve. It’s natural sweetness comes shining through, no additions necessary (this was a family favorite at my Grandma’s house).
Moral of the Story:
Don’t invite dinner guests via text messages which may or may not come through and make sure you confirm everything by actually speaking to someone.
Just Beer recipes are proven delicious and can save your social life.
