This true Maritime brew is a celebration of 100% Nova Scotia hops in their freshest form. In just one day, we picked a
ridiculous amount of wet hops and added them to the kettle for this once-a-year harvest brew. Thanks to our partners at four Nova Scotia fields: Meander River Farm, FiddleHop Farm & Ross Farm Museum.
Deep golden amber and hazy, it has a complex combination of floral, orange, and pine aromas. Tasting reveals a juicy citrus mouthfeel with a hint of pine and ginger, and a lingering hop finish.
This unfiltered harvest ale pairs well with most foods but is perhaps best savoured on its own to appreciate the fresh character of wet hops.
