Saphir, Strisselspalt, and Willamette hops provide the aroma and flavour of fresh oranges, and pepper with a soft floral character. A crackery malt character is lightened with wheat for an extremely drinkable beer with elegant charm. 5:01 captures that satisfying moment when work stops and beer begins.
