Classic California style India Pale Ale. Copper red colour, balanced bitterness and rich hop tones of pine needles and citrus. The beer is fresh and easy to drink and has a long, pleasant aftertaste. Stands well on its own, but also goes perfectly with lamb, beef, fatty fish, mature cheese and well-seasoned food. Recommended serving temperature 6-8°C.
