The Episode where the Master Brewer was once again inspired by the hops of the famous IPA du Nord-Est. After working with Mosaic in Aller-Simple, its sidekick hop Citra was used.

Have you noticed its family resemblance? Aller-Retour is the twin beer of Aller-Simple that was presented last month. For this beer, they used four varieties of these hops: Citra, Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito and Citra Spectrum. The end result is a Double New England IPA with a round body and a citrus kick.

The taste is characterized by citrus and tropical fruit aromas. This double NEIPA extra Citra has a well pronounced bitterness, as well as a silky final.
