As the winter months creep in, enjoy a deep amber Alt. True to Alt style this full-bodied beer carries a firm hop bitterness while it's rich malt flavor comes across clean and smooth. Alternative fermentation with lager yeast at warm temperatures brought a nice clean ester character that compliments the honey and biscuit of the malt, a perfect treat for these cold winter nights.
