After drinking Brasserie Dunham’s beers at The Festival in Los Angeles and meeting the wonderful people behind the brewery, Jester King knew that they wanted to work with them. The inspiration for Amicis Mortis came from a remarkable dish cooked with sweet potatoes, chili peppers, and coconut that they enjoyed together in Austin while Dunham visited us from Quebec. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% naturally conditioned.
