For the launch of their first Seasonal Series, Common Crown wanted to do something big and from that, Andy’s Wee Heavy Scottish Ale was born.
Deep amber in colour with a big body and lower carbonation make this beer smooth on the tongue. Toffee, brown sugar and molasses aroma. Flavours of rich raisin, prune, caramel and toffee. Higher in alcohol but its well hidden making this beer very easy drinking. Perfectly paired with an evening at home under a warm blanket on a cool night.
