The brewers at O.T. Brewing Company maxed the mash tun with hundreds of kilos of choice Alberta malted barley before boiling the wort for 6 (long) hours with lots of fresh Columbus and Cascade hops. This beer has a huge, syrupy body with notes of candied marmalade and a bit of sticky toffee pudding.
