About Apricot Grove by Bench Brewing Company
Apricot Grove is a bright and hazy sour ale. Tart and lightly funky, this beer is fermented with our house culture of yeasts and lactobacillus and finished on Niagara apricots from the Ron Martin Orchards located near our brewery. With aromas of fresh apricot and citrus fruit, Apricot Grove has a bold acidity and subtle earthiness.
