A collaboration between Banded Peak and Blind Enthusiasm - Banded Enthusiasm was fermented cold by a German lager strain, resulting in the traditional fuller body and malt sweetness that interplay with the fruit-forward hop notes of two rare French varietals: Mistral and Barbe Rouge that were layered through the boil and added cold side as well in a dry hop.
