The head brewer at Full Beard Brewing was handed bags of grain by the owners and told to go forth and make good beer. As he left the meeting weighed down by numerous types of grain and countless recipes he grabbed a poutine (thinking man's food) and sat down at a river to ponder. Starting out with cheese in his mustache and gravy dripping from his chin, he watched as people enjoyed this beautiful waterway and had his light bulb moment. This is how the idea for this Brown Ale was born. This brew is a rich and bold combination of malts and hops to give you the perfect finish. With notes of caramel, chocolate, coffee and a hint of citrus, this brown ale is geared to the beer drinker who loves a strong flavoured beer.
