This beer is with liquid luxury. Brewed with Mexican raw sugar and cinnamon, it then spent three months mellowing and stainless steel before cozying up inside some freshly emptied Apple Brandy barrels for 7 months. Aromas of cinnamon, caramel apples, and rum soaked dates lead to rich flavors of brownie batter, spiced dark cherries, and baker's cocoa. Ending with a warm, oaky, brandy-like finish.
