To celebrate their 100th batch of beer made at Paddy’s, brewers wanted to feature the excellent craft maltsters in Alberta. They made their extremely popular Vienna Lager using malt strictly from Origin Malting and Red Shed Malting. The result is a slightly more nutty, biscuity, more local version of our most popular beer. Here’s to hundreds more!
