Sierra Nevada invites beer fans into their brewery nearly every week to design their own beer and then they bring it to life. Each spring, they will feature one of the favorite collaborations from the previous year. This year’s selection features intensely aromatic hop varietals rich with the flavors of the tropics. Sierra uses Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops to create bright fruit-forward flavors of mango, papaya and bitter orange.
We set out with a simple goal: brew the beers we wanted to drink. We started small, with a homebrew shop, a love of American hops and plenty of passion. In the process, we changed the beer world forever. Decades later, we’re still at it, and the passion burns brighter than ever.
