About Belgian Rye IPA by Paddy's Barbecue & Brewery
Brewed with a generous amount of rye to give the beer a pleasant spice and crisp finish. Fermented with Belgian Ale yeast to provide a complex and refreshing ester profile. Finally, this beer was dry hopped with Cascade, Galena and Azacca hops to provide flavours of melon, citrus and pineapple.
