About Bier Von Der Fels by O.T. Brewing Company
Bier Von Der Fels is a dry hopped sour lager brewed in collaboration with their friends at Bar Von Der Fels. Inspired by the great white wines of Burgundy, they tried to emulate the minerality, acidity, aroma, and fruit structure that are found in those wines. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and lagered slowly to their satisfaction, Bier Von Der Fels has all the complexity and flavour of a "white Burg" while remaining very drinkable at 4.4% ABV-- the perfect pairing for a picnic or settling in for a few amazing dishes at Bar Von Der Fels.
