The French brewing tradition of bières des mars or bières des printemps-- "beers of March" and "beers of spring," respectively-- lives on in this slightly hazy, mellow golden farmhouse ale. Pilsner malt combines with wheat and lightly-toasted malted barley for a satisfying but clean body, creating a backdrop for the fruity aroma and taste combination of Brettanomyces and a special experimental hop varietal. Just like a traditional bière de mars, this beer will stay fresh and ready to enjoy well into autumn.
