Jester King's Bière de Miel is a dry, well attenuated, unspiced farmhouse ale brewed, fermented, and bottle conditioned with raw Texas wildflower honey. Naturally occurring wild yeast and bacteria impart a sense of place in this unfiltered, unpasteurized, 100% bottle conditioned beer.
