Big Little Lager by Mill Street Brewery in Ontario, Canada

About Big Little Lager by Mill Street Brewery

For most beers, the goal is to achieve a balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness.  But what do you do when there is no malt sweetness?  You need to find a hop that holds up: Enter New Zealand Motueka hops.  These hops have a unique lemon-lime character and these citrus flavours pop-out in this light & dry beer.  The same enzyme that made Brut IPAs famous is employed to dry out this lager to a champagne-like finish.

Mill Street Brewery began in Toronto, Ontario in 2002. Today, Mill Street has 6 brewpubs open across Canada in Toronto, Mississauga, St. John's, Ottawa and Calgary. Check out Mill Street Brewpub's list of craft beers, contact info, and more.
