O.T. Brewing's twist on a classic Belgian Witbier. This beer is mashed with 50% raw wheat plus chamomile, coriander, and orange peel in the kettle. Then they "dry hopped" it with middle eastern black (loomi) limes after fermentation. This brew is creamy with a hint of tartness and salinity. There are notes of lemon-lime Gatorade, sea breeze, and childhood powdered iced tea mix.
