Craft beer that kicks axe
Kettle sour, style based on American Pale Ale with addition of oatmeal in the grist that results in a pleasant, full flavour, without contributing a grainy character. Secondary fermentation was done with 15 kg of blackcurrants. Aroma is intense berries, peach blended with hops, slightly spicy. Beautiful purple/ruby colour. Haziness is provided by pectin from the berries and addition of the oats into the grist.
