Nøisom Blanc is a French wheat beer with a clear taste of citrus. It is characterized by the fact that we use both orange peel, coriander and grapefruit in the brewing process. It makes the beer extra fruity and gives it an exciting complexity. The beer is easy to drink and is excellent as an aperitif or with fresh and sour desserts.
Fredrikstad's first brewery after the turn of the millennium came into being when the city's top beer brewers met some of the city's patriotic merchants. With passion for the city, creative joy and enthusiasm, Nøisom started his journey.
