A medium bodied ale with a crisp, dry finish. The use of Pilsner and French aromatic malts create a golden colour with biscuit and honey flavours. Fermented at lager temperatures with Red Collar’s proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
