You asked us for an IPA. You nagged us about it. And we said, no. No, never will we brew an IPA. Well, this is our 100th batch. We’ve grown up now and we’re secure in who we are, so now we can do it.
But this isn’t the IPA you asked for. We’ve mated the freaky, fruity, resiny Amarillo hops of the American northwest to a Belgian sensibility by matching them up with some spicy European hops and our house yeast.
Blonde IPA is fermented with Belgian yeast and bottle-conditioned for natural carbonation, and an extra layer of complexity. Pour with care to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle.
