Citrus orange aromas dominate this beer. Dark copper in color, citrus flavors work in balance with the slightly sweet malt character. Traditional hop bitterness is low. Citra, Mosaic and Manderina Bavaria - all known for their citrus forward profile - are the primary hops used for kettle and dry hop additions. Post fermentation, the beer is infused with fresh orange peel.
