Food Pairings: Try a pint of Boltmaker with a hot roast beef and onion sandwich, the malty notes really complement the sweetness of fried onions. It works equally well with a Roast Beef lunch or sausage and mash, and it is surprisingly good at quenching the heat of a chilli con carne.
