ITS COWTOWN OWNER'S GRANDMA'S CHAI TEA RECIPE
Black tea infused with cardamom, clove, ginger, fennel, cinnamon and peppercorn. Dark copper to dark brown with a very light tan head, medium carbonation on the pour keeping the head going for a bit. You have a Chai spice smell to it with a hint of a chocolate back note and caramel malts.
