About Bonfire Blonde by Nøisom

Bonfire blonde is a bright and aromatic beer. The product was conceived on a cold and clear autumn day in 2010. This was before Nøisom was founded and the homebrewers who would later start this brewery were well into the process of producing a blond ale in the garage. In the middle of cooking, the power went out in the neighborhood and desperation spread. The boys were no more stingy than that they lit a big fire in the garden and cooked the rest of the wort over the fire. Hence the name Bonfire blonde.

The beer is very suitable for food. Due to its moderate bitterness and with its citrus notes, this is an all-around beer that matches most things you like to eat.

  • This is Nøisom's second best-selling beer.
  • The product appears exactly the same today as when it was manufactured.
  • The blonde lady's hair on the label is a flame.
