About Bourbon Barrel Porter by Big Rock Brewery
Beer aged in barrels takes on the rich flavours of the wood, while also adopting the characters of the barrels previous tenant. Single trip Kentucky Bourbon barrels made of oak have been used to cultivate this homegrown Porter. Aged for six months, then blended to a full body, deep brown to black, with six malts, here’s a deliciously exotic and extremely well-spoken brew.

Big Rock's Bourbon Barrel Porter goes nicely with ham, smoked poultry, meat with gravy, sharp cheeses and oysters.
