The Ale Apothecary creates totally natural, barrel-aged beer using ingredients off our land or sourced nearby, direct from Oregon farms.
Wild Ale brewed with honey and pinot noir then aged in oak barrels.
Made of 49% Oregon mesquite honey and 51% Pilsner malt, raw wheat and malted rye. This effervescent beverage was aged for 6 months in 2nd use bourbon barrels and aged on Pinot noir grapes. Light, dry, mildly complex. This is champagne for guys who wear kilts!
