The brewers at New Level love classic German Pilsners almost as much as they love milkshake IPAs. It was only a matter of time until they came up with the idea of putting lactose into a traditional Pilsner. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and high-minerality water much like the German tradition, but with just a touch of lactose for a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a hint of residual sweetness.
