About Brett Venture by Side Project Brewing

The Brett Venture series is the exploration of how single strains of Brettanomyces ferment and condition a Saison malt bill. Each Brett Venture was fermented in and aged in wine barrels with a different Brettanomyces strain to showcase its unique characteristics.


A 100% barrel-aged, mostly barrel-fermented project. Passion & experimentation drive the creation of rustic Saisons, Wild Ales & spirit barrel-aged ales.
