Using fresh crop Mosaic and Citra hops, the final product is a beauty. Hazy golden in colour with incredible aromas consisting of grapefruit, pineapple, mango and some big hop dankness. Light to medium body with medium carbonation, The Brewers IPA (Independent Pale Ale) tastes like swimming in a pool full of fresh Citra and Mosaic hops with Lackey acting as the lifeguard. Tropical fruit, candied orange and pineapple notes keep you raising your glass, which helps cheat your Fitbit. Very dry finish.
