This is the first beer in Quidi Vidi's Brewer Originals series! This series lets their brewers' creativity run wild!
This is Jason Szeto's Hopfenweiss, a modern twist on a traditional German wheat beer. His version features subtle clove and banana flavours typical of the style, but blends these with punchy citrus and tropical fruit flavours from dry-hop additions. Jason has been brewing with us at QV since 2013. He's an award winning brewer on the national level and a stout fanatic.
