About Buchenrauch by Wolf's Ridge Brewing
Literally meaning “beech smoke”, this rauchbier is brewed and named for the time-honored tradition of using beechwood smoked malt in the beers of bamberg. Smooth smoke and crusty bread notes compliment the rich mahogany color. This is one of Wolf's Ridge's most award-winning beers, now proudly in a can for your enjoyment!
