A barrel project that they’ve been waiting a long, long time to release. A malt heavy IPA that’s been fermented directly in an American Oak barrel. 100% Brett fermentation; no brewer’s yeast. Heavy fruit. Heavy Funk. A little bit of earthiness and strong vanilla notes from the oak. Brewed and dry hopped with a blend of Chinook and Centennial hops. Vegan.
