This dry-hopped Pilsner has an aroma of squeezed citrus fruits from the motueka hops, balancing the bready characteristics of the pilsner malt. The pale yellow brew has a mild malty sweetness from pilsner malt and pilsner yeast character that dominates the flavour. Light hop character with a mild bitterness.
