A taste of Brazil meets WoodGrain's latest New England-style IPA. Their first collaboration with the one and only Carnaval Brazilian Grill in Sioux Falls, SD! Everything about this beer is new. To create Carnaval IPA they took Master of Opinion IPA and added one pound of Carnaval's freshly roasted cinnamon pineapple per gallon of beer. Pineapple, tropical hop character, and just a touch of cinnamon make Carnaval IPA a one of a kind.
